Ok S0 I have had this pain in my lower stomach for about two weeks and its like im cramping but the somewhat period I had is done and I should not start again till the end of the month. I dont know what it could be but my stomach jus feels sick alot I get dizzy and the abdominal pain gets so bad at points that its hard to stand just want to cral into a ball and lay there Help.
