I am 6 weeks pregnant. I know that it is normal to have slight cramps in early and later pregnancy. Last night I went to the loo and felt severe cramps indigestion pain together. I could not pin point what exactly was it. As I have bloating and constipation problem as well so I tried to have some bowel movement and right at that point I had the worst pain I have ever experienced. Severe pain started my nausea (which I have not had since being pregnant) and I thought I am going to faint. As soon as I came out of the loo, there was darkness all around and I almost fainted. Pain lasted around 10 mins at the max and subsided itself. But my whole body was shaking and I had cold sweats. Later I took paracetamol and now I am fine. However, I am still worried why it happened and was it harmful to the baby somehow? I didn't had any spotting/bleeding since my last period but had 5 positive pregnancy tests. Please can anyone tell me what can it be? I am thinking IBS but I can't be sure? Any input is welcome. Thanks
