several lymph nodes enlarged on my body for 2 years.

i have had swollen lymph nodes for 3 yrs all over my body i think i am dying aswell or atleast it feels that way. i have had many blood tests done and everything is normal i feel alot of pain in my liver and spleen area i have not had that checked yet but i am soon to get it looked at. i have no idea what it could b i dont have lyphoma but my gums are getting pale and my gums bleed quite often i know its not a dental issue i take very good care of my teeth but for some reason i have really bad breath all the time and a weird taste in my mouth i have lost 50 lbs in three yrs i am a 24 yr old male and i think i am in pretty good health i have swollen nodes in my neck my groin and armpits and my elbows and knees and i have no idea y. i was exposed to pesticides shortly before everything happened to me at first i thought i was goin crazy but that feeling of high anxiety and shakiness went away. maybe it was from the raid i used in my house i dont know but i am worried and the doctors look at me like im crazy. not sure if this helps at all but i feel your pain.
