several bumps with an external hemroids?

Hemorrhoids are masses or clumps (cushions) of tissue within the anal canal that contain blood vessels and the surrounding, supporting tissue made up of muscle and elastic fibers. Although most people think hemorrhoids are abnormal, they are present in everyone. It is only when the hemorrhoidal cushions enlarge that hemorrhoids can cause problems and be considered abnormal or a disease.

Other possibilities could be formation of perianal hematoma, external hemarrhoid, anal ulcers, fistula,skin conditions etc. It requires a proper physical examination to comment regarding this so that accordingly treatment can be started with medication as antibiotics or antifungals. Kindly visit a Physician earliest for evaluation.Consider taking Sitz bath which might help in relieving the symptoms.

I have a scheduled an appointment now since i am worried since it appears that i have 3 pea sized bumps around the anus, it doesn't hurt anymore but i have found red streaks in my stool and am a bit worried now on what it could be. im thinking it could be perianal hematoma too but is it normal to get 3 pea sized bumps at the same time. i checked it in the mirror and the don't look like their connected together but rather attached separately to the skin around my anus. i would appreciate your opinion on what it most likely is so i can tell my physician about it in more detail.
