Septic after implants - bone cancer ?

my friend had breasts removed 3 years ago cancer, got implants with metal in them which gave her septic, after that they said cancer in her neck broke it,now she can't even sit up,after a mri , they found a tumor on her spine with a fracture and cancer,would a mri with metal implant burn her insides? and how long can she live with so much pain? does secptic cause bone cancer?

Although it is not clear from the information that you provide, I suspect that your friend's bone cancer is probably due to her breast cancer sperading to her bones.

Sepsis does not cause bone cancer.

I am not sure that I understand your question about "mri with metal implant burn her insides," unfortunately.

As for her pain, if it is due to the cancer in her spine, she should be seen by a radiation oncologist to consider radiation treatment to her spine (if she has any weakness or numbness from nerve injury caused by the cancer in her spine, then she may also need to be seen by a spine surgeon).
