Q: Sensitivity of the head of the penis

hi,i am 24 year old male from india.i am single and still i have been masturbating till now.i have never done sex with any other person until now.an year back i started to pull back my phimotic conditioned penis.now i am able to pull my forskin and able to see my head of penis and i am seeing the complete head of my penis after 23 years.i tried before but it was painfull,but now i dont have any pain because i kept stretching my foreskin for past 6 months.but now my problem is my head if penis which exposed after pulling my foreskin is very very sensitive.a kind of pricking sensation takes place,and if i faintly rub the head portion i ejaculate within seconds.but when i masturbate without pulling my foreskin, i ejaculate late.so please kindly tell me whats problem of this hypersensitivty?please have a solution.

The head of the penis is the most sensitive part of the penis and most of the erotic stimuli come exactly from the penis’s head. We can’t say if you really have any sexual problem before you start having sexual intercourse.
