It seems like no matter what I eat I either get terrible gas, feel nausea or it goes right through me. I definitely can not eat for the first few hours I am up because it will cause stomach trouble all day. Because when I have to go, its right now, not in 5 mins, it has caused a major anxiety for me. I panic when I am in a situation where there is no bathroom like, traffic, if I get lost, a ride..etc... I'm just looking for some advice for the anxiety about a bathroom not being around and what foods would trigger 'going'.
