My boyfriend has a really tough time holding his poop. His stomach is very sensitive and get upset when warm pressure is applied on his stomach so I can't lay my head on his stomach. Sometimes when his stomach gets really upset, he can't hold his poop in and poops in his boxers. What is the problem?
