hello and i can sympathise regards sore nipples. i suffered with it just before my period and till after it finished.
a course of evening primrose oil helped me.
my doctor examined my breasts and some women like me suffer over enlarged mammory glands during our cycles. hope this helps you.

? Fibrocystic breast disease
Could you have Fibrosystic breast disease? My breasts will become very sensitive especially the nipple area..I also have lumpy breasts that at times seem engourged..This is a benign disease that is more irritating than anything..
You didnt say anything like that so am just wondering.
With the sore nipples if you see a discharge or nipples turn in or become crusted be sure and get to the Doctor asap..
As always if in doubt get back with your primary care doc..best of luck with this..

Sometimes mine feel like they are getting very cold for some reason and nipping out, and it's so much that it hurts! This is only sometimes, and it is a weird sensation but it is sore!
