I know this is probably a really stupid question but are there any realistic pregnancy risks in these two situations?

1) I gave my bf a handjob, he ejaculated, and then wiped it off with tissue. If there was any leftover, I'm pretty sure it got wiped off on either my clothes or the bedsheets when we made out afterwards. after about 10-15 minutes later he fingered me (this was a few weeks ago)

2) I went down on my bf and I think I may have had some pre-cum in my mouth but I'm positive he didn't ejaculate completely. then we made out, and then he went down on me. Is it possible for the sperm to be transferred from my mouth to his? (since this was today, should I bother with EC?)
