My Semen report shows occassional seen sperm saying "smear prepared from semen showing 1-2/HPF motile sperm seen".
FNAC Was conducted in both testes with following report-
"smears are cellular showing spermatogenic cells in all stages of maturation along with few mature spermatids and plenty of sertoli cells" - Normal Study
Below is the hormones levels :
FSH : 6.53 mIU/mL
LH Serum: 2.88 mIU/mL
Testosterone : 3.04 ng/mL.

My doubt : What conclusion can be drawn using above reports ? What is the solution solution for my problem ?

Can It be a case of obstructive azzospermia and is going for Micro VEA is a feasible solution ? What is it's success rates in India ?

Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your lab reports seem to be within normal range except testosterone levels (external supplementation of hormones can be considered if needed). The FNAC report showing spermatogenic cells in all stages of maturation confirms that the production of sperms is not a problem. The chances of obstruction in your case cannot be ruled out. You should consider visiting an Urologist/Andrologist for further investigations to look for obstructive causes and get it rectified. A repeat semen analysis after a month of rectification (if the cause is found to be obstructive) shows improvement. The chance of Micro VEA being effective and a feasible treatment option depends on the level of obstruction and cause for obstruction. The general success rates are high in curing male infertility problem. For detailed discussion on treatment options, consider visiting an Urologist/Andrologist. All the best.
