I had oral sex ( deep kissing and sucking ) with a man of unknown HIV status I gave him a handjob with durex lubricant he ejaculated and I caressed his fresh semen for less than a minute after that I have realized I have hangnail on my thump it was not bleeding it was too small but I could see red skin there inside I dont know when it was happened It was sling when I went to wash my hand I would like to know if I am at risk of HIV infection due to the oral sex or throug my hangnail...Please answer me I am so scared

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

There is no risk of HIV infection in the situation described.

HIV is not transmitted by kissing and sucking, or by contact with sexual fluids on the intact human skin.

You can relax about the issue.

In case of doubt, you may seek counselling with a HIV counselor, who can clear all your doubts.

i am done HIV DUO TEST Ab/Ag on 23rd day after exposure the result is negative.
how conclusive is this test shall i retest again?

most of the medical info. advise to do this test on or after 28 days
