If it is semen then that means you probably ruptured your prostate. There is a very thin wall of tissue separating your bowels from your prostate. If you damage that tissue, you run the risk of infection or other problems. I urge you to see a doctor. Most likely the doctor will perform a sigmoidoscopy to check the tissue inside your anus near your prostate.
