The only thing that is supposed to happen when you ejaculate is a discharge of white to off-white semen... nothing else. Many people take issue with talking to a doctor about this, but doctors are meant to deal with and treat sexual problems... there's nothing to be embarrassed or worried about. Also, getting this looked after sooner rather than later can greatly decrease risks later on down the road!
