Q: Semen analysis results

Hello to all,
I m 28 yrs old married man, My Seman volume is 2-3ml. (in two times check report) and my Sperm counts is 50%,Sluggish 30%.
I got married two years before. I don't have child. pls. suggest me what could be the reason and how to get a child.
