Dear Sir,

Can you tell me pls what is the main problems in my report and what i should do

THE REPORT

Macroscopy

Quantity : 3.7 ml
Viscosity : Viscous
Colour : Normal
pH : 8.1
Liquefaction time : 30 mins

Microscopy

Sperm Count : 28.2 millions/ml
Motility ;
Active : 10 %
Sluggish : 15 %
Nonmotile : 75 %
Abnormal forms : About 25%
Pus cells : 10 - 15 / HPF

A quick read to me suggested that you may have an infection which could be affecting the acidity of your sperm. This would explaian your low motility count.
