Hello! I'm 23 years old and oddly enough, as normal as they come. On the other hand, sadly, I have been self medicating myself to be able to sleep for years now. I have a pretty decent case of anxiety disorder mixed with what I'm told is mild Bi-Polar disease. I really haven't been able to sleep on my own in years but especially in the last four months, it's taken at least 6-8 benedryl, and a couple of advil pm to be able to fall asleep and sleep through the night. Between that, and my caffiene addiction I just can't kick, I have severe burning in my upper stomach (not quite acid reflux). It does vary in degrees of pain and I'm pretty sure I know the damage I've caused but I just wanted to see if anyone else has been through it? Thanks so much!
