Q: seizures migraines and memory loss

Hi,

My name is Mark Pendergraft and I have been dealing with seizures and migraines and memory loss and fever plus loss of vision, I have back pain that makes it even worse. On top of this I have ADD and learning disibities that adds a lot of stress, I have a Dad who loves to stress me out even more.
He calls me names and puts me down, I'm trying to get help but my doctor will not sign the forms I need. On top of this if I don't get help I will lose my medical and will not be able to pay for my meds. Can some one tell me what I should do?
