Q: seizures in 4 year old girl

My niece is having seizures.
These just started. I have not personally observed the behavior.
I have been told by family members this is happening.
Any thoughts. Should they take her to a doctor?
I suspect epilepsy.

Um, yeah, they should take her to a doctor!! Tell them to try and get it on video and get to their pediatrician right away!
