I am not a medical doctor so I can't say for sure, but I can tell you that I have had a similar situation happen to me. Years ago when I started to have panic attacks the doctors thought I was having seizures. They ran all kinds of test and found nothing. The only explanation they could find was that I was having panic attacks. So I guess if you look at it that way it is possible. Each and every person that has panic attacks experiences them in different ways. The attacks themselves are as different as we are. (what causes them and how our bodies react to them.) I hope this helps and I wish the best of luck to you. One thing that has helped me with the attacks (that may help you) is when I feel it coming, No Matter what I am doing at that time, I have to sit or lay down and do breathing exercises to calm myself. This usually helps. You just have to find what works for you but stopping the attacks is possible, not all the time but most of the time. It sucks, but even if I have to remove myself from the room for a few minutes to regain control it is well worth it. Good Luck.
