I am 42 years old (female)and have bladder issues. Last week, I started having severe pain in my urethra/bladder when I am almost through urinating. This past Monday, I started having abdominal pain and pain on right side under/below rib cage, felt like I couldn't catch my breath, nausea, chills, feeling of being doped up, and severe right shoulder pain which went all the way down my arm.

I went to ER and as I approached the check in desk, my right arm went limp. I could not write my name and was having difficulty speaking. I sat in a chair waiting for them to call me to do triage. I started to fall asleep and all of the sudden started rocking my head back and forth. (My husband said that morning while sleeping I was rolling back and forth.) I turned to my daughter and asked her about a Jellyfish on this mural. My tongue was sticking out when talking. Immediately, I started gasping for air and fell to the floor and was convulsing. Nurses rushed over and let me finish the episode. I was put on stretcher and wheeled in ER. My BP was 172/109 at that time. My whole entire right side was numb/tingley feeling. The urinalysis found I had UTI. They did CT scan of head, EKG, blood work. The only thing they found was the UTI. The doctor asked my what type of meds I was taking. I take hormones and antidepressants due to complete hysterectomy. The doctor said since they found nothing in scan, it was an anxiety attack since I already take antidepressants.

Since then, I am having trouble with words and focusing. My speech is somewhat slurred at times and mispronounce words.

I am suppose to have CT scan of my abdomen to check my kidneys and gallbladder for stones.

What could this be? Thank you!
