Hi , name is marizela. for as long as i can remember ive been having problems with my sleep. it happens at night when i cant sleep. i'm in bed and out of nowhere my body feels numbed...i cant move i cant scream the only thing i can do is move my eyes! when this happens i feel the presence of people in the room!i even hear voices! this usually scared me but lately i see evil men in the room and like i said before when i see them i cant move at all not even a finger and i cant scream or talk my tongue is numb too! about a minute later im able too move and i start screaming and shaking really hard without being able to control myself. i really want to know what this is...i need help! its a horrible experience!after it happens i cant sleep for days thinking their gona come back. friends and family say i should get help because i might end up hurting my husband or my child. please help understand what this is...please!
