Q: Seeing double

When a letter or word is white or a bright light I see the exact same thing albeit more translucent on top of it, when I squint it goes away. Its the same for both eyes close and far, but if its not a white or a light or a word or letter I don't have the problem. Im 15 years old and ive noticed it about 2 weeks from now I think its from being on the computer so long but im worried now since when I wake up still see double.

dude - go see a doctor stat! I have been on the computer for years pretty much and my vision has never (yet) gone double - on its own. I do have a strange habit of reading something (text, a sign, etc) and intentionally blurring the image and bringing the image back to center at will. Like I'll be skimming a newspaper and I'll voluntarily doubl-fy the picture/headline just for my own amusement. If this is hapening to you on its own then there is no time to wait. Sorry to sound all mega serious but vision and central nervous system stuff go hand in hand. Good luck to you and hope you get this resolved.
