Q: Sedimentation rates and inflammatory disorders

I have psoratic arthritis my sed rates are 70 what can happen when these rates are so high. I get tired and swelling

The sedimentation rate is high whenever there is a systemic inflammatory disorder in the body. Psoriatic arthritis is such a disorder.
