I am 15 years old and I've been experiencing irregular menstruation.
I first got my period when I was 12 years old and it was regular the whole year.
It was September when I missed a cycle for the first time. It came back after 7 months and then I experienced a lot of heavy cramping and vomiting. Ever since that happened, I get my period every three to four months. I don't experience cramping or any sort of pain anymore.

Also, I do not exercise a lot or do any sort of drugs.
I am not sexually active or on any medications.

Could this be secondary amenorrhea? Is it true that you cannot conceive if you have it?
