I have been observing some sort of cysts on my genital ,my briefs are becoming rough and if i bind those cysts some sort of materials is coming. will it be serious problem for my life tomorrow .Iam venkatesh 20years old .

please reply me and I would be glad if u suggest me the way how to deal with them or hw to approach a doctor.I feel shrewd of going to the doctor on this thing. plese tell me hw to approach also.
