hopefully, you are still out there to see my answer. But, I had the exact same issue. However, it wouldn't be anything about Seasonique that would cause your thyroid issues. Due to the hormones the thyroid produces, it influences pretty much all of the metabolic processes in the body. Many times, thyroid disorders remain un-diagnosed and people suffer from many underlying ailments until its caught and the proper level of synthroid can be prescribed. Because it produces hormones, your levels were off and that would probably explain the bleeding. I am sure now you have been taking a synthroid for several months and have probably gone back to normal.
