Scrotum red , flaky and dry

I had this problem, I had sex with this girl. This was the first time.
After a month due to sweating or the sex, my scrotum was very itchy, Red
and uncomfortable. So i got it checked up. I never had problem like this
before. My Penus is fine. But the scrotum color changed it became reddish
and dark. Also it became flaky and whitish. Sometimes it would feel
uncomfortable. I showed it to doctor and he said it is allery or
Infection. So gave me Following medcicines: 10days
1. Vera-E
2. candid-B Cream
3. Tab Scotpred-D 6mg 1-1 for 3 days
4. Tab Levozit 1-1
5. Cap. Sezole Night
6. Cap Regen
after this another 10days he gave me
1. vera-e
2. candid-b cream+Vera E
3. tab Scotpred-D
4. tab ketoz
5. tab Levozit and Regen.

The itching is not like before and kind of stopped. It is sometimes
uneasy. But the Scrotum skin was hanging, so Doc changed medicines ad gave
for 20 days Vera-E, Cap. Scotli-E, Nutox-ZC.The problem is That scrotum
skin on sides is reddish. After using cream it looks fine, but in shower
it looks different. What do you think it is, should I have Blood test. I
am kind of worried. Please suggest me what I should do. Once again thanks
a lot.. Long back I had Got Fungal Infection in August.
