Hey,

I'm 18 years old male. I've been having masturbating a lot for the past 2 months. Every 4-5 days or so, I have been doing long masturbation session where I ejaculate multiple of times (about 14 times in a row - not joking). Of course I really lose my sex drive for about two dies, but then again it returns and become extremely horny again which eventually leads to another long session. So it's been a bit difficult for me to stop.

I have to mention also that a month ago I practiced kegel exercises for about two weeks, but because I was working the muscle really hard, like doing the exercises for 43 mins in a row (while watching my favorite tv show). However i stopped after i experienced fatigue in the area of the scrotum and the pc muscle. The last time i did a pc muscle exercise was from at least a month.

Both of the above events are approximately in the same time period. The symptoms that I've experienced are the following:

-Slight pain and discomfort in the are of the scrotum (not sure if it comes from the scrotum though - it is difficult to determine)
-Delay when peeing, from time to time when i want to pee i have a 5-9 seconds delay.
-Sperm leakage when pooping
-rare slight burning & stinging sensation in penis
-serious Discomfort if I hadn't peed in 1-2 hours (even though i never experienced this before) which sometimes causes frequent urination

Thanks for reading this. I really need some expert advice.

Extremely eHealthy
The symptoms you are describing sound like a urinary tract infection. You need to see a doctor for this condition. The doctor can send a urine specimen to a lab to check for bacteria. You could try drinking more water and cranberry juice. Cranberry juice will change the acidity of the urinary tract and make it less hospitable for the bacteria to thrive. If you continue to experience pain during urination you should see a doctor. Ignoring a urinary tract infection can cause the infection to travel up into the kidneys. I hope this helps.

does that mean that the excessive masturbation has nothing to do with this?
