30-40% of my hairs on my scrotum are covered or half covered by a white hard thick substance that has a bad strong smell. I take a shower 1-2 times a day and I always dry really well. I've been using hair shampoo to try and get rid of it but it's not working. I wear boxer briefs and I usually workout everyday, so I do sweat a lot down there but I always wash after I work out. I also cannot scrap the substance off without pulling the hair out of my scrotum. I just want to maker sure this isn't something dangerous, and find out how to fix it.

Oh and I'm 16 years old.
