Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Vaginal infections are frequent during pregnancy especially due to changes in secretions (affected by the pregnancy hormonal changes). The symptoms you describe are suggestive of pregnancy. Consider getting the lesions examined by your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest. Get a vaginal swab/smear test done to identify causative agent. Suitable treatment (with safe medications that can be used during pregnancy) would be started to help you out based on examination and investigation results. Do not use harsh soap or perfumes etc in the area. Avoid washing with very hot water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Use loose cotton undergarments. You can try to apply Caladryl lotion or Aloe vera lotion externally for temporary soothing (it will not cure the infection). Get your partner also treated simultaneously to prevent chances of re-infection.
Take care.
