hi, im a 26 year old female, i have for the past two years had sciatica and problem with my neck and shoulder which a surgeon said was due to super elasticity? or double joints, phisio didn't help. i have recently noticed an abnormal neck, at the top between the shoulders my neck as become humped, it's very stiff and sore and always clicks and grinds. i have been arranged more phisio but have to wait more than a monthy. have you any thoughts on what could cause this, i work on an elderly illness hospital ward, doing general house keeping duties, i'm a horse rider aswell, always contious of my posture and position but have been unable for about two years to do any thing other than ride around the farm, unable to compete in any dressage or competition. It's started getting me down and i've put on weight as connot excerise as i used to
