They are like nymphomaniacs, they do not sense satisfaction through chemical processeses, therefore they are slaves of their own desires, because of their own limited ways of activating thinking patterns.

Try not using the word 'they' and 'limited' as your own "limited" insight into the illness is probably why your summary of the illness consists of four lines. Stop relating the illness to a game of chess and if you want to go around spreading prejudice like some puritanical genius try learning a thing or two about the illness from sufferers instead of what your own imagination concieves.
