Again Faiza Manuel. I find it very difficult to cope with Schitzophrenia too. There are times when I cannot concentrate properly especially at home and I am worried that this will affect my studies. Not one day passes without me getting paranoid about famile or members within the community trying to hurt me.I hope that someone will reply to this message because I do feel alone most of the time. Ihave a beautiful seven year odl boy and I am scared that due to my illness I am not giving him the love and attention he needs. So if anyone could give me some constructive advice on how to cope when the voices return I would please do let me know if you have read my message. I would appreciate it.
