Hi

I have schizophrenia and have had it for ten years. I am through the positive symptoms and rely on medication to keep it that way.

Medication does not help the negative symptoms its like being lazy all the time. It gets really boring and i would like to improve and revamp my life now. The differance now is that i've come through it and i am aware of my actions again, although i've lost alot of time and was obviously unable to keep my skills up so i am studying again, i want to be a success at what i do, but emotionaly feel im going nowhere no matter what i do.

Can any body shed some light on this?
Have you been through this?

Is there a way?

I've found something
After this post i've found that taking b3 vitiman reduces or aliminates these symptoms, i'm going to try it.

Don't do the hippy thang, it just makes it worse in the long run, beleive me its not good.

As for motor skills can be helped by doing a juice diet makes you feel young again.
