Hey All,

So I have premature ejaculation, and I usually dont last more than 2 minutes in bed. I have not had sex since my last girlfriend (who cheated on me probably due to this issue) because I am scared of embarrassing myself. The other thing is, theres a woman who really likes me, and I really like her. I am scared to get involved with her though, because it seems like (and ive heard rumors) that she's really crazy in bed, which means she has high expectations. I am scared to have sex! It is holding me back from love and relationships. I have seen the methods like Kegel exercises and the Start Stop, but from what Ive read neither of these work. Is PE uncurable? Am I stuck with this problem for the rest of my life?

Please help. I would like a no BS assessment too. Don't try to make me feel better haha.

Thanks!

hey mate

i know how you feel, trust me. in all honesty, probably the best way to deal with it is to not make it such a big deal in your head. a very large part of PE is in your head. if you keep thinking you have a problem, then guess what happens...?
however its a bit like a chicken and the egg situation. you need to get your confidence back up. i've looked around and done some really intense research.

Though the best way to cure this problem is practice, you may find hope in alternatives, such as pills or sprays. The pills they use to help this issue are used as anti-depressants and may help you not feel as good of sensations, thus taking you longer to ejaculate.

If you are quick to erection, even after ejaculating, try masterbating before sex, then you will last a little longer.

When my husband and I were in high school, he use to have a little bit of the same problem, so I understand it can be frustrating. But, if you're too worried you may not get your partner off before you bust, try some extra foreplay, as most women do not get orgasms during sex, because of the lack of friskiness in the beginning.

I know you don't want sympathy (can't help it, I'm a woman), but if your girlfriend loved you, she would have worked through this problem with you, instead of cheating on you. My husband and I had to work for a little while on it, before we both got to a point where we were satisfied, but that's what you're suppose to do in a relationship.

I hope this helps you in some way. Good Luck Smile

Are you wearing a condom? Some men find condoms to be helpful in reducing the sensation that triggers them so quickly.

reverse kegels
i completely sympathise with you.

I am trying to start reverse kegel exercises.

when i do reverse kegels during masturbation it holds off the need to cum.

reverse kegel is the same muscle that you use to push out piss faster.

I am in the same boat. I dont want to get in a relationship with a woman till i have this problem sorted.

I think you are too young for sex. I would wait until your older. If you do, please use condoms so that you don't risk pregnancy and std's. You have your entire life to enjoy sex, don't rush into it. The odds of you being with your current boyfriend long term is very small. Personally I don't think you are mature enough to make a decision like this, maybe by the time your a junior in high school.

read that 109 page thread on the subject here in the forum as another poster suggested. It will give you some things to try. Pay attention to the histamine, and the new drugs that are and will be available to help your condition.

Have you tried masturbating before having sex?

side note:
Condoms do not protect against all STDs. There is something called HPV which affect women only. It very rarely has any affect on men. It is a type of herpes. It can either cause warts or cancer in, on or around the vagina and/or anus. SO brybry14, PLEASE consider waiting to have to sex until the two of you can walk into a clinic and get tested before doing anything. THANK YOU!
