Has anyone tried any over the counter scar treatments that actually work? What were they?

This is a scar that it already healed. No broken skin or anything, nothing to drain out. It's just right on my middle thigh area and so will be very visible in the summwe when i'm in shorts or a swimsuit. I want it to fade away.
