i was wondering, if i am interested in
scar removal, would i contact a
dermatologist or a plastic surgeon?

I think you'd start with a dermatologist
then they can recommend a plastic surgeon.
Some dermatologist are now treating
patients who have scars, I know there's
medication for some scars.

It depends on how bad the scar is. If it's
something from a small cat, I'm sure a
simple cream could now get rid of it. But
if it looks like you were hit by a car, I
doubt any type of cream is gonna make it
go away. I would definitely ask a
dermatologist first though.
