Q: Scanty menses

i have irregular periods of between 23-28 days. This month, had just stains of menses on my pant on the 22nd day of my cycle and on the 25th day. Today is the 26th day. Im just dry. had abdominal cramps on the 24th day, and presently feel my breasts heavy, soft and painful when touched. please should i see my doctor?
