Okay for about a year now I have had this little itchy rash below my navel. I never really thought anything of it till about 2 months ago it started getting really itchy. So I would scratch and scratch, and it would never be soothed. As this is happening I notice that I'm starting to feel itchy all over.

1. Below my navel. (A rash going about 4 inches across and 2 inches down)

2. Around both elbows. (Individual, pimple like, red bumps)

3. The Back of my neck. (Individual, pimple like, red bumps)

4. On my left knuckle. ( A cluster of pimple like, bumps)

5. Behind both knees. ( A cluster of pimple like, bumps)

All of the bumps described are very itchy and are made worse at night. I have no job, and can't afford to go to the doctor. Based on the information provided what do you think I could have?
