i got red lumps when you itch it u cant stop itching it they are spreading on my body,arms,legs,private, and the more u scratch the more theyl come please how can i make them go

It's hard to know what you have because you weren't very specific. Scabies ususlly occurs in folds and bends of the skin- bend of the elbow, back of the knee, under the arms, between the fingers...
the rash could also be poison ivy or poison oak. If your skin felt sensitive or irritated before the rash appeared it could be shingles.
