I have dried skin and lines on the tip of my penis which look like they could possibly be rips. There is 0% chance I can have any STD's or anything like that.
Will savlon help cure these wounds and stop the dry skin? And the only mosturisers we have in this house are hand moisturisers. But if there for your hands wont it make the problem worse if used on my penis?
