Hello all, I had a salpingo-oophorectomy and removal of appendix (partial hysterectomy being an ovary and a tube) ovarian cancer treatment. done in December 2011. 10 days later I had a normal period. I haven't got my period yet this month there is some light cramping. I am fairly anticancer I am not pregnant I was told i would have trouble conceiving with one ovary and tube.Just to be on the safe side I am going to take a test. I am wondering about the complications of salpingo-oophorectomy could my body think i should go through menopause or maybe i will be irregular now. Does anyone have any information?
