Ok I had a baby and I've been breast feeding for about 4 months and now I've stopped, my breasts feel empty and are saggy. Is that normal? Will they go back the way they were? Or might they stay this way? Shocked

im pretty sure thats just normal and they will probably stay that way, youll probably have to find a nice supportive bra and maybe you could do a few chest excercises at the gym, that could help some but i dont think its going to be a dramatic change..i guess its just part of the sacrafice of having children
