Current medical status: burning feeing inside anus, bleeding when i have B.M, pain and swelling in the prerainly area of anus when bm. uncomfortable to sit, tired

An anal speculum can be used with extreme precaution due to possible risks of fissure, or further stretching of a previously existing fissure. The decision has to be made by a doctor after taking detailed anamnesis and a thorough examination of the perineal area. Previous sterilization of the anal speculum is obligatory to prevent infections.
