Where does sacral pain originate. Could it be the SI joint or do you know of any other reasons for the pain. It started about 1 year ago turning a very haevy patient at work.

It could be the result of heavy lifting, long periods of standing, etc. You might want to take a visit to the chiropractor. An activator adjustment would be really helpful and a few more visits would prolly have you good as new.
