Q: Ruptured spleen & hernia pain symptoms

i got beat up 3 weeks ago and ended up in hospital with a ruptured spleen, and a hernia, i feel in so much pain im my left upper side and in my back, i also exsperianced flu like symptoms. im getting my hernia sorted just wondering how long all this will go on for.

You didn't indicate whether or not you had your spleen surgically removed. However, 3 weeks is not a very long time to recover after such serious injuries. In the best case, it will take you several months to recover from your injuries.

As it is impossible to offer a specific diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, over the Internet, I would advise you to see your doctor if you feel that your recovery is not progressing well.
