How long should my daughter feel very tired, no appetite, pallar, pain from a ruptured ovarian cyst, it has been 5 days now.

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!
If it has been 5 days since the cyst has ruptured and your daughter has pain, pallor, loss of appetite and is feeling very tired, then it should be treated further. Treatment usually includes antibiotics, medicines to stop ovulation, and pain medication. Your daughter will need to be given fluids by IV route. Once she is stable, a laproscopy may be planned. Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please discuss these possibilities with your daughter’s gynecologist ASAP. Hope this helps. Take care!
