Q: rubella IgG

Hello friends,

I am 16 weeks pregnant and had been for blood test last week and rubella IgG was positive and it was 291 is this is ok r is it is a problem for my child,
Doctor told me that its good and its an antibiotic, but also i am worried can anyone tel regarding this..

It's not an antibiotic, it's an antibody, meaning that your body has had a sufficient response to vaccination. Therefore, it is good because you have enough antibodies circulating in your blood to keep you from getting rubella if you were to get exposed.
