About a week ago I had these random red spots show up on my chest and upper arm. They varied in size from around 3" to 6" in diameter. There were mostly located on my upper chest and there were 4 or 5 total at any given time. They eventually just went away on their own. I also noticed at that time that it felt like my heart was laboring more than usual, for example I would run up a flight of stairs and my heart would be beating out of my chest.

I'm not sure if they are related but I have also been having random pains in my body. It started with my jaw being mildly painful when I would yawn or open it up wide. Two days ago, I woke up and had a wrist knot that was just on the right side of my left wrist that was incredibly painful to the touch or movement. The next morning I woke up and my left index finger was in serious pain in the knuckles that would hurt whenever I closed my fist, applied pressure, etc. This morning I woke up and now the middle finger of my left hand is experiencing a slightly smaller degree of discomfort, this time only in the upper knuckle. The pain in my wrist is now basically gone but the pain in my fingers is growing. I am beginning to become worried that I have carpal tunnel or a joint condition like arthritis. I am not yet 20 years old so I feel like I might have a serious problem.
